This man, who was allegedly caught trying to rape an eight-year-old girl, was stripped naked in an attempt to publicly shame him.He was reportedly dragged from the scene and had his hands tied with a rope before being paraded through a town.The man was reluctantly handed over to a policewoman , who can be seen in the footage taking off the rope, before handcuffing the man and bundling him into a patrol car.The baying mob can be heard shouting insults at the man.
