The accused have been identified as Durgesh Sahu, a resident of Sector-5 in Township and Kaushik Yadav, a resident of Bauddha Vihar in Shankar Nagar, Durg. Officials said that on April 14, at around 11.10am, Kaushik had sent a message to Durgesh on WhatsApp. Nearly after 20 minutes, the same massage was copy-pasted on the Facebook wall of one Md Moshin Khan from Durgesh’s Facebook account 3 days ago.The complainant saw the post on April 17 and later brought it to the notice of police. Durgesh and Kaushik were detained for questioning and later arrested. Sub inspector Dubey, with Kotwali Police, told TOI that the complainant, who lives in Supela area was unknown to the accused duo. The message had derogatory remarks against a community in particular, on the basis of which the duo has been taken into custody, he said.
